Returns Policy

Please note we do not offer returns / exchanges for change of mind. We will however, offer an exchange for incorrect sizing if requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us on any sizing concerns before placing your order. If we don't have the alternative size in stock for an exchange, then we will offer credit note with no expiry date.

As we are a small business we can't carry the costs of the postage for any shipping costs due to exchanges.

(Excluding sale - all sale items are FINAL).  

CONDITIONS | Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be intact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition.

FAULTY ITEMS | We quality check every item that is shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR RETURNS | EXCHANGE 

1. Contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.

2. Once we have agreed to your return / exchange we will email you our return shipping address. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item purchased is deemed as faulty. If you feel your item is faulty then you carry the postage fee for returning the item back to us and once we have inspected the item and found it to be faulty, we will then refund the postage and offer you a credit note with no expiry date. If we don't find the item to be faulty then you will need to pay the return postage.

3. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

4. Please note: If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.

Received as a gift from a loved one:

If you are not happy with your gift due to incorrect size or faulty items then please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

            
Important things to know: 

 

We do not accept exchanges or returns

1. If you were made aware of any relevant fault before purchase  

2. If you wash products, don't return in original packaging, buttons undone and fabric stretched, animal hair, perfume odour, folded back sleeve cuffs, leg cuffs, booties folded down and in doing so stretch the knitted cotton. Items rolled or tightly packaged into small return bag with unwanted creases so that the item will need re-ironing or dry cleaning.

3. If you damage a garment, we cannot accept it back for exchange or returns. 

NOTE: Use a very gentle wash to avoid damage to your products. Our knitted garments and blankets do not fade with washing, as they are dyed and tested to the highest standards prior to being shipped to us. Please keep in mind if any item is damaged after washing, we will not be held accountable - no refund or exchanges!

6. As the result of delays by any mail or courier service.

If your order is delayed there are several things you can try: Contact our customer service team and we’ll see if we can help 

Contact the mail or courier service directly, with your tracking information. This may be a faster solution to the delay.

Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product’s colour, slight variations may occur between website images and the actual product.
